Our consultants excel in stakeholder engagement, conducting assessments, worksite reviews, and case conferences. We develop return-to-work programs and maintain collaboration for a seamless, supportive rehabilitation experience.
New Employer

If returning to the place of original employment due to injury or illness is not a medically suitable option, New Employment Services help in providing a supported transition to alternative employment.
Our services include Vocational Assessments and Transferable Skills Analysis, Work Trial Canvassing, Labour Market Research, Job Search Support, Career Counselling, as well as resume reviews, application writing and interview preparation.
Psychological Services
and Intervention
An Adjustment to Injury (ATI) assessment is a practical, collaborative, and person-centred approach to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to self-manage their health and wellbeing throughout their return-to-work journey.
This process is carried out by our team of qualified Psychologists and can be completed face-to-face or via telehealth.
Ergonomic
Assessment
Ergonomic Assessments are conducted in both corporate and commercial environments and focus on identifying and mitigating ergonomic risks to prevent further injuries.
Our consultants educate employees on correct posture and safe work practices to reduce fatigue, promoting musculoskeletal health and overall well-being. By offering recommendations for ergonomic equipment and fostering active self-management of workstations, we help improve productivity and performance.
Activities of Daily
Living Assessment
An Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessment is used to ensure individuals can complete everyday tasks safely and independently. If deemed necessary, we will determine if the individual requires any aids, appliances, equipment or provision of domestic services to assist throughout their injury or illness recovery. This assessment is carried out in the home by one of our Occupational Therapists.
Job Dictionaries &
Job Task Analysis
Job Dictionaries provide a comprehensive overview of the requirements for a specific role, job or duty. Our consultants carry out detailed workplace assessments to analyse the working environment, repetition, frequency, and duration of tasks, as well as critical physical and/or psychological demands.
Job Task Analysis involves evaluating a specific task, opposed to the person performing it. These evaluations encompass broader work responsibilities associated with each employee’s position.
